DEFINITIONS PURPOSE AND POLICY UNLAWFUL EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION BECAUSE OF RACE, COLOR, RELIGION, SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, NATIONAL ORIGIN, MARITAL STATUS OR AGE UNLAWFUL EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION AGAINST INJURED WORKERS UNLAWFUL EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION AND REQUIRED LEAVE RELATED TO MILITARY SERVICE UNLAWFUL DISCRIMINATION AGAINST PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES UNLAWFUL DISCRIMINATION AND REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION RELATED TO PREGNANCY FAMILY LEAVE LEAVE TO ATTEND CRIMINAL PROCEEDING WHISTLEBLOWING UNLAWFUL EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION RELATING TO EMPLOYEE HOUSING PROTECTIONS BECAUSE OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, HARASSMENT, SEXUAL ASSAULT OR STALKING MISCELLANEOUS UNLAWFUL EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION WORKPLACE FAIRNESS ACCESS TO PUBLIC ACCOMMODATIONS UNLAWFUL DISCRIMINATION IN REAL PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS UNLAWFUL DISCRIMINATION BECAUSE OF EMPLOYMENT STATUS ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS FOR UNLAWFUL DISCRIMINATION CIVIL ACTIONS FOR UNLAWFUL DISCRIMINATION PENALTIES
