Section 659A.146 - Reasonable accommodation.

Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 659A.146 (2021)

For purposes of ORS 659A.147, reasonable accommodation may include, but need not be limited to:

(1) Acquisition or modification of equipment or devices;

(2) More frequent or longer break periods or periodic rest;

(3) Assistance with manual labor; or

(4) Modification of work schedules or job assignments. [2019 c.139 §2]
