ENTRY ORDER SUPREME COURT DOCKET NO. 2018-391 DECEMBER TERM, 2018 In re Brian Rock* } } } Original Jurisdiction Vermont Parole Board In the above-entitled cause, the Clerk will enter: Petitioner Brian Rock appeals the decision of the Vermont Parole Board denying him release on conditions from detention pending his parole-revocation hearing, which is scheduled for January 8, 2018. There is no statute or rule that provides for direct appeal of the Parole Board’s decision to hold a parolee pending a parole-revocation hearing to this Court.
