                         Report to the Supreme Court

                             Decision No.   133

       Pursuant to Supreme Court Administrative Order No. 9 , Rule 18 C, and
  in accordance with the Stipulation to Transfer Respondent to Disability
  Inactive Status filed March 5, 1999,  the Board has determined that
  Respondent suffers from a physical condition which adversely affects his
  ability to practice law.  It hereby recommends to the Supreme Court that
  Respondent be transferred to disability inactive status for the reasons set
  forth in the stipulation.
