Cite as 2017 Ark. 349 SUPREME COURT OF ARKANSAS No. CV-17-439 Opinion Delivered: December JOHN LOHBAUER 7, 2017 APPELLANT APPEAL FROM THE JEFFERSON COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT [35CV-16-603] V. WENDY KELLEY, DIRECTOR, ARKANSAS DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION APPELLEE HONORABLE JODI RAINES DENNIS, JUDGE REMANDED TO SETTLE THE RECORD. PER CURIAM John Lohbauer appeals from the denial of his petition for writ of habeas corpus. In the petition, Lohbauer alleges that the sentence of life imprisonment imposed in 1977 following his guilty pleas in several related criminal proceedings is unconstitutional because he was a juvenile when the offenses were committed. The judgments of conviction entered following the guilty pleas are not contained in the record on appeal. These documents are necessary for us to determine whether the circuit court erred in denying the relief sought. Accordingly, we remand to the circuit court to settle the record on appeal. Remanded to settle the record.
