Cite as 2012 Ark. 467 SUPREME COURT OF ARKANSAS Opinion Delivered December 13, 2012 IN RE STATE BOARD OF LAW EXAMINERS PER CURIAM The court appoints Conrad T. Odum of Fayetteville to the Arkansas State Board of Law Examiners. Mr. Odum shall be a representative of the Third Congressional District and will serve a six-year term concluding on September 30, 2018. Mr. Odum succeeds Kelly Carithers of Fayetteville. The court appoints A. F. (Tom) Thompson of Batesville to the Arkansas State Board of Law Examiners. Mr. Thompson shall be a representative of the First Congressional District and will serve a six-year term concluding on September 30, 2018. Mr. Thompson succeeds Mary Lile Broadaway of Paragould. The court thanks Mr. Odum and Mr. Thompson for accepting appointment to this important Board. The court extends its sincere appreciation to Kelly Carithers and Mary Lile Broadaway for their years of service to the Board.
