PER CURIAM On the recommendation of the Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct, we hereby accept the voluntary surrender, in lieu of disbarment proceedings, of the license of Gregory Dee Jones, of Sarasota, Florida, to practice law in the State of Arkansas. Mr. Jones was found to be in violation of the Arkansas Rules of Professional Conduct by the Office of Professional Conduct. In his petition to surrender his law license, filed with this court on July 19, 2012, Mr. Jones states that he wishes to avoid the expense, stress, and publicity of a formal disbarment proceeding. The name of Gregory Dee Jones shall be removed from the registry of licensed attorneys, and he is barred and enjoined from engaging in the practice of law in the State of Arkansas. It is so ordered.
