Cite as 2011 Ark. 532 SUPREME COURT OF ARKANSAS No. CR99-1221 Opinion Delivered December 15, 2011 FRANK WILLIAMS, JR., APPELLANT, VS. STATE OF ARKANSAS, APPELLEE, MOTION MANDATE TO R EC AL L MOTION DENIED PREJUDICE. THE WITHOUT JIM GUNTER, Associate Justice Petitioner Frank Williams, Jr., moves this court to recall the mandate affirming the denial of his petition for postconviction relief. In a separate case submitted this same day, he also moves this court to recall the mandate of his direct appeal in order to reopen his case. Because we grant the motion to recall the direct-appeal mandate, reverse his death sentence, and remand for resentencing, we need not address the motion to recall the mandate of his postconviction proceedings. Motion to recall the mandate denied without prejudice. Special Justice STEVEN W. QUATTLEBAUM joins in this opinion. CORBIN, J., not participating.
