The State’s motion for summary judgment was not included in the record or in the addendum. We direct that the motion for summary judgment, which is the subject of this appeal, be filed with the clerk of this court forthwith by supplemental record as is authorized by Rule 6(e) of the Arkansas Rules of Appellate Procedure–Civil. A supplemental addendum which includes that motion shall also be filed forthwith.
