Cite as 2009 Ark. 626 SUPREME COURT OF ARKANSAS No. CR 09-1162 Opinion Delivered December 10, 2009 PRO SE PETITION FOR REVIEW [CIRCUIT COURT OF PULASKI COUNTY, CR 2008-3393, HON. WILLARD PROCTOR, JR., JUDGE] KENDRICK HUNTER HUNT Petitioner v. PETITION DISMISSED. STATE OF ARKANSAS Respondent PER CURIAM In 2008, a jury found petitioner Kendrick Hunter Hunt guilty of possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, and misdemeanor fleeing. The Arkansas Court of Appeals affirmed the judgment. Hunt v. State, 2009 Ark. App. 667. Petitioner, represented by counsel in his appeal, now brings this pro se petition for review of the decision of the court of appeals under our Rule 2-4. We do not reach the merits of the petition. We do not allow a petitioner to substitute his judgment, concerning whether and how to request a petition for review, for that of his attorney. George v. State, 2009 Ark. 444 (per curiam); Brewer v. State, 371 Ark. 532, 268 S.W.3d 332 (2007) (per curiam). Because petitioner is represented by counsel on appeal, we dismiss his pro se petition without further consideration. Petition dismissed.
