PER CURIAM Now before us are two motions filed by petitioner Jessie Hill pertaining to a petition for writ of mandamus filed in this court on June 10, 2008. On June 24, 2008, petitioner filed a motion to hold the petition in abeyance, and on June 30, 2008, petitioner filed a motion to withdraw the mandamus action.
