ARKANSAS SUPREME COURT  No.  CR 08­190  Opinion Delivered  March 13, 2008  PRO SE PETITION FOR WRIT OF  MANDAMUS [CIRCUIT COURT OF  CRAIGHEAD COUNTY, WESTERN  DISTRICT, CR 2005­754]  JEREMY LOGWOOD  Petitioner  v.  HON. JOHN N. FOGLEMAN, CIRCUIT  JUDGE Respondent  PETITION MOOT.  PER CURIAM  On  February  14,  2008,  petitioner  Jeremy  Logwood  filed  a  pro  se  petition  for  writ  of  mandamus in this court.  In the petition, he contended that the Honorable John N. Fogleman, Circuit  Judge, had failed to act in a timely manner on a petition for writ of error coram nobis filed by him in  the Circuit Court of Craighead County, Western District, on March 29, 2007.  On February 21, 2008,  Judge Fogleman responded to the mandamus petition, noting that he  had entered an order on February 7, 2008, disposing of the coram nobis petition and stating that he  1  had been unaware of the pending petition until February 1, 2008.  As the court has acted on the  petition for writ of error coram nobis, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.  Petition moot. 1  On January 30, 2008, one of our staff attorneys mailed to Judge Fogleman a copy of a letter to  petitioner acknowledging receipt of the petition for writ of mandamus pertaining to the petition for writ of  error coram nobis and advising him of the need to submit a partial certified record so that it could be filed  here.
