PRO SE PETITION FOR WRIT OF
MANDAMUS [CIRCUIT COURT OF
CRAIGHEAD COUNTY, WESTERN
DISTRICT, CR 2005754]
JEREMY LOGWOOD
Petitioner
v.
HON. JOHN N. FOGLEMAN, CIRCUIT
JUDGE
Respondent
PETITION MOOT.
PER CURIAM
On February 14, 2008, petitioner Jeremy Logwood filed a pro se petition for writ of
mandamus in this court. In the petition, he contended that the Honorable John N. Fogleman, Circuit
Judge, had failed to act in a timely manner on a petition for writ of error coram nobis filed by him in
the Circuit Court of Craighead County, Western District, on March 29, 2007.
On February 21, 2008, Judge Fogleman responded to the mandamus petition, noting that he
had entered an order on February 7, 2008, disposing of the coram nobis petition and stating that he
1
had been unaware of the pending petition until February 1, 2008. As the court has acted on the
petition for writ of error coram nobis, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.
Petition moot.

error coram nobis and advising him of the need to submit a partial certified record so that it could be filed
