ARKANSAS SUPREME COURT  No.  CR 08­06  Opinion Delivered  February 7, 2008  PRO SE PETITION FOR WRIT OF  MANDAMUS [CIRCUIT COURT OF  COLUMBIA COUNTY, CR 2006­115]  SHAUNTE SMITH  Petitioner  v.  PETITION MOOT.  HON. LARRY CHANDLER, CIRCUIT  JUDGE  Respondent  PER CURIAM  On January 3, 2008, petitioner Shaunte Smith filed in this court a  pro se petition for writ of  mandamus contending that the Honorable Larry Chandler, Circuit Judge, had failed to act in a timely  manner on a petition for postconviction relief pursuant to Criminal Procedure Rule 37.1 filed by him  in August 2007.  Judge Chandler subsequently provided this court with a copy of an order that had  been entered October 25, 2007, that disposed of the Rule 37.1 petition.  As the court has acted in the  matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.  Petition moot.
