February 7, 2008
PRO SE PETITION FOR WRIT OF
MANDAMUS [CIRCUIT COURT OF
COLUMBIA COUNTY, CR 2006115]
SHAUNTE SMITH
Petitioner
v.
PETITION MOOT.
HON. LARRY CHANDLER, CIRCUIT
JUDGE
Respondent
PER CURIAM
On January 3, 2008, petitioner Shaunte Smith filed in this court a pro se petition for writ of
mandamus contending that the Honorable Larry Chandler, Circuit Judge, had failed to act in a timely
manner on a petition for postconviction relief pursuant to Criminal Procedure Rule 37.1 filed by him
in August 2007. Judge Chandler subsequently provided this court with a copy of an order that had
been entered October 25, 2007, that disposed of the Rule 37.1 petition. As the court has acted in the
matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.
Petition moot.
