JUDICIAL DISCIPLINE AND DISABILITY COMMISSION Respondent REQUEST FOR RECONSIDERATION DENIED. PER CURIAM Petitioner Edwin Martin entered a plea of guilty in 2006 to terroristic threatening in the second degree and was sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $250.00. Petitioner subsequently filed a complaint with the Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission against the trial judge. On April 12, 2006, the Executive Director of the Commission informed petitioner that the complaint had been dismissed. On June 13, 2006, petitioner filed a petition for writ of certiorari seeking review by this court of the dismissal of the complaint. The petition was denied. Martin v. Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission, 06-662 (Ark. Sept. 21, 2006) (per curiam). On October 26, 2006, petitioner filed the instant request for reconsideration of the petition for writ of certiorari. The request reads in full: I, Edwin Lee Martin, am appealing the decision of the Arkansas Supreme Court for case 06-662. Enclosed with this letter are the transcripts and courts dates that have been previously been (sic) sent to the Arkansas Supreme Court.” As petitioner has merely presented the same material contained in the original petition for writ of certiorari, we find no basis to reconsider the matter. Request for reconsideration denied. Glaze, J., not participating. -2-
