A jury found Corey Johnson guilty of two counts of aggravated robbery. He received a sentence of 240 months' imprisonment on each count to be served consecutively. The court of appeals affirmed. Johnson v. State, CACR 04-258 (Ark. App. February 2, 2005). Johnson subsequently filed a timely petition in the trial court for postconviction relief pursuant to Ark. R. Crim. P. 37.1. The trial court denied the petition on May 17, 2005. Johnson lodged an appeal from that order in this court.

Appellant Johnson previously filed a motion for an extension of time to file appellant's brief, which was granted. Johnson v. State, CR 05-932 (Ark. November 15, 2005) (per curiam). Citing a delay in receiving a portion of the transcript of his Rule 37.1 proceedings in the lower court, appellant now requests a second extension of time to file the brief. The motion is granted but not for the thirty days requested. The time to file appellant's brief is extended to fifteen days from the date of this opinion.
