KEITHON EARL BOGAN

Appellant

v.

STATE OF ARKANSAS

Appellee

Opinion Delivered October 27, 2005

PRO SE MOTION FOR BELATED APPEAL [CIRCUIT COURT OF WASHINGTON COUNTY, CR 2004-1234-1, HON WILLIAM STOREY, JUDGE]

MOTION MOOT

PER CURIAM

Keithon Earl Bogan was convicted of manslaughter and received eighty-four months' probation. Probation was revoked on May 2, 2005, and Bogan was sentenced to eighty-four months' imprisonment with a thirty-six month suspended sentence.

On August 10, 2005, Bogan filed a pro se motion for belated appeal of the judgment in this court. Bogan's attorney, who had filed a timely notice of appeal from the judgment on May 26, 2005, lodged the appeal in the court of appeals on August 15, 2005. Because the appeal has been perfected, the motion for belated appeal is moot.

Motion moot.
