PRO SE PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS [CIRCUIT COURT OF FAULKNER COUNTY, CR 2000-556, CR 2000-588, CR 2000-623, CR 2000-758]
PETITION MOOT
PER CURIAM
On May 25, 2005, Jason Wheat filed a pro se petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable David Reynolds, Circuit Judge, had failed to act in a timely manner on a motion for hearing transcript and a motion to proceed with a belated appeal as an indigent. Both motions were filed March 2, 2005, in the Circuit Court of Faulkner County.
On July 13, 2005, Judge Reynolds entered an order disposing of the two motions. As the court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.
Petition moot.
