PRO SE PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS [CIRCUIT COURT OF DESHA COUNTY, CR 2002-151-4]
PETITION MOOT
PER CURIAM
Eric McGuire filed a pro se petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable Don Glover, Circuit Judge, had failed to act in a timely manner on a petition for writ of habeas corpus filed December 24, 2003, in the Circuit Court of Desha County. On February 23, 2005, and March 1, 2005, Judge Glover entered orders disposing of the habeas petition. As the court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.
