MOTION DENIED

Per Curiam

Steve Bader filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable David S. Clinger, Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on a motion for rule on clerk that was filed in the Circuit Court of Benton County on March 25, 2003.

On August 8, 2003, Judge Clinger entered an order disposing of the motion. As the circuit court had acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus was declared moot. Bader v. Clinger, J., CR 03-869 (Ark. September 11, 2003) (per curiam). Petitioner Bader has filed a motion for reconsideration on the ground that Judge Clinger's ruling on the motion for rule on clerk was not dispositive of all the issues raised in the motion.

The motion for reconsideration is denied. If petitioner was dissatisfied with the ruling entered by the trial court, his remedy was to appeal from the order.
