Chad W. Hilderbrand filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable John S. Patterson, Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on a motion for a copy at public expense of the transcript of his trial and a motion for a copy at public expense of the docket sheet from his case. On July 11, 2001, Judge Patterson entered an order disposing of both motions. As the circuit court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.
