Mary Lee Orsini, an inmate in the custody of the Arkansas Department of Correction, has lodged an appeal in this court from an order of the Circuit Court of Jackson County. The order denied relief on a petition for judicial review of an administrative proceeding. Appellant Orsini, who is proceeding pro se, seeks an extension of time to file the appellant's brief. After the motion was filed, appellant tendered the brief.

As this is the first extension of time requested by the appellant, we grant the motion. The brief will be filed as of the date of this opinion.
