MOTION DENIED

In 1997, James C. Lever was found guilty by a jury of capital murder and sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. We affirmed. Lever v. State, 333 Ark.377, 971 S.W.2d 762 (1998). In 1999, Lever filed in the circuit court in the county in which he was incarcerated a pro se petition for writ of habeas corpus. The petition was denied, and Lever appealed to this court. Having found that appellant Lever could not prevail on appeal in that the petition for writ of habeas corpus did not state a ground on which the writ could issue, we dismissed the appeal. Lever v. Norris, 00-555 (November 2, 2000). Appellant now asks that the decision be reconsidered.

We need not reiterate the basis for dismissing the appeal which was set out in the original opinion. It will suffice to say that appellant has not shown that there was any error of law or fact to warrant reconsideration of the decision.
