RCW 46.16A.510 Immunity from liability for issuing a vehicle registration or license plates to nonroadworthy vehicle.
The director, the state of Washington, and its political subdivisions are immune from civil liability arising from the issuance of a vehicle registration or license plates to a nonroadworthy vehicle.
