2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 35A.70.020: Regulating boarding homes.

    A code city may exercise the powers relating to enforcement of regulations for boarding homes as authorized by *RCW 18.20.100, in accordance with the procedures therein prescribed and subject to any limitations therein provided.
