2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 13.70.140: Review by court.

    A permanency planning hearing shall be held before the court in accordance with RCW 13.34.145. Thereafter, court review hearings shall occur at least once every six months, under RCW 13.34.138, until the child is no longer within the jurisdiction of the court or the child returns home or a guardianship order or adoption decree is entered. The court may review the case more frequently upon the court's own motion or upon the request of any party to the proceeding.
