54.1-4107. Private action on bond or letter of credit.

Any person aggrieved by the misconduct of any dealer which violated theprovisions of this chapter may maintain an action for recovery in any courtof proper jurisdiction against the dealer and his surety. Recovery againstthe surety shall be only for that amount of the judgment which is unsatisfiedby the dealer.
