30-231.6. Quorum; meetings; voting on recommendations.

A majority of the voting members shall constitute a quorum. The Committeeshall meet not more than four times each year. The meetings of the Committeeshall be held at the call of the chairman or whenever the majority of thevoting members so request. No recommendation of the Committee shall beadopted if a majority of the House members or a majority of the Senatemembers appointed to the Committee (i) vote against the recommendation and(ii) vote for the recommendation to fail notwithstanding the majority vote ofthe Committee.
