3.1-796.79. Inclusion of false or misleading statements in certificateviolation of Consumer Protection Act.
It shall be a violation of the Virginia Consumer Protection Act ( 59.1-196et seq.) for a pet dealer to include in the pet dealer's animal historycertificate provided for in 3.1-796.78 any false or misleading statementregarding the information to be contained therein.
