3.1-617. Penalty for violation.

Any person, firm, corporation, organization or association, except a contractor common carrier, who or which moves or causes to be moved any apples, themovement of which has been prohibited in writing as provided in 3.1-616,shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
