Artículo 48. Informes anuales
Universal Citation: PR Laws tit. 1, § 48 (2020)
El Secretario rendirá, cada año fiscal, un informe al Gobernador, a la Oficina de Gerencia y Presupuesto y a la Asamblea Legislativa, el cual irá acompañado con la presentación del Presupuesto de Gastos del Departamento. Estos informes contendrán la información en torno a sus gestiones, gastos, estudios e investigaciones durante el año fiscal anterior. De igual forma, rendirá cuando así lo estime o se le solicite, cualquier otro informe especial que sea conveniente o que le sea requerido por el Gobernador o por la Asamblea Legislativa.
