XIII. Comisión Apelativa del Servicio Público
Artículo 10. Quórum

Para todas las determinaciones que requieran la actuación de la Comisión en pleno, el quórum se constituirá con la presencia de la mitad (½) más uno (1) de los miembros de la Comisión. Todas las determinaciones se harán con el voto afirmativo de la mayoría de los miembros. La Comisión determinará, mediante reglamento, aquellos asuntos que requieran la actuación de la Comisión en pleno.
