§ 2024. Licencias—Denegación; condiciones

- La Junta podrá denegar una licencia, permiso o certificación para operar un programa de desvío a toda persona o entidad que:
(a) Trate de obtener la misma mediante engaño o fraude.
(b) No reúna los requisitos que se establecen en el reglamento que adopte la Junta.
