§ 2023. Licencias—Investigación, denegación, suspensión y renovación

La Junta, por su propia iniciativa o en virtud de una querella o denuncia debidamente fundada de cualquier persona natural, podrá, en cualquier momento, realizar una investigación para renovar, cancelar o denegar una licencia, permiso o certificación.
