The Oregon Health Authority, the State Department of Agriculture and the Oregon Liquor Control Commission, and the officers, employees and agents of the authority, department and commission, are immune from any cause of action for the performance of, or the failure to perform, duties required by ORS 475B.785 to 475B.949.
