Section 475B.937 - Authority to possess, seize or dispose of marijuana and marijuana-derived products.

Subject to any applicable provision of ORS chapter 183, the Oregon Health Authority, the State Department of Agriculture and the Oregon Liquor Control Commission may possess, seize or dispose of marijuana, usable marijuana, medical cannabinoid products, cannabinoid concentrates and cannabinoid extracts as is necessary for the authority to ensure compliance with and enforce the provisions of ORS 475B.785 to 475B.949 and any rule adopted under ORS 475B.785 to 475B.949.
