Upon request the State Department of Agriculture and the Oregon Liquor Control Commission, pursuant to an agreement or otherwise, shall assist the Oregon Health Authority in implementing and enforcing the provisions of ORS 475B.785 to 475B.949 and rules adopted under the provisions of ORS 475B.785 to 475B.949.
