§ 5112.21. Confidentiality of patient-identifying material.
Except as specifically required by
sections 5112.01 to
5112.19 of the Revised Code, information filed under those sections shall not include any patient-identifying material. Information that includes patient-identifying material is not a public record under
section 149.43 of the Revised Code, and no patient-identifying material shall be released publicly by the department of job and family services or by any person under contract with the department who has access to such information.
