Chapter 353B - College Savings Plans of Nevada and Education Savings Accounts
NRS 353B.740 - “Parent” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 353B.740 (2017)
“Parent” means the parent, custodial parent, legal guardian or other person in this State who has control or charge of a child and the legal right to direct the education of the child.
