Chapter 353B - College Savings Plans of Nevada and Education Savings Accounts
NRS 353B.750 - “Participating entity” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 353B.750 (2017)
“Participating entity” means a private school that is licensed pursuant to chapter 394 of NRS or exempt from such licensing pursuant to NRS 394.211, an eligible institution, a program of distance education that is not offered by a public school or the Department, a tutor or tutoring agency or a parent that has provided to the State Treasurer the application described in subsection 1 of NRS 353B.900.
