Chapter 353B - College Savings Plans of Nevada and Education Savings Accounts
NRS 353B.730 - “Opt-in child” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 353B.730 (2017)
“Opt-in child” means a child for whom an education savings account has been established pursuant to NRS 353B.850, who is not enrolled full-time in a public or private school and who receives all or a portion of his or her instruction from a participating entity, as defined in NRS 353B.750.
