Section 123 Control of armories during period of occupation; exception

Section 123. Every officer whose unit occupies, assembles or drills in any armory, air installation, drill hall or building used according to law for that purpose shall have control of the premises during the period of occupation, subject to orders of superior officers, and any person intruding contrary to commander's orders or orders of that commander's superior officers or who interrupts, disturbs, obstructs or insults the troops or any of them so occupying the premises may be ejected, forcibly if necessary, or may be dealt with as provided in sections 65 and 66 for like offences at the discretion of the officer or of that officer's superior officers; provided, however, that, in armories not classified as state armories, reasonable inspection of the premises may be made by the mayor or city manager or the selectmen or the owners of the premises.
