333.070 Duration of license -- Fees. A medical laboratory license shall be valid for the calendar year for which it is issued. The initial application fee for a license shall be one hundred dollars ($100). The license shall be renewable upon expiration and reapplication accompanied by the annual renewal fee to be paid according to the reasonable fee schedule established by regulations of the secretary; provided, however, that no fee shall exceed fifty dollars ($50). Fees collected by the secretary shall be deposited in the State Treasury and credited to a revolving fund account for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter. The balance of said account shall lapse to the general fund at the end of each biennium. History: Amended 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 247, sec. 20, effective July 15, 1982. -- Amended 1974 Ky.
