333.070 Duration of license -- Fees. A medical laboratory license shall be valid for the calendar year for which it is issued. The cabinet shall promulgate administrative regulations to establish fees, not to exceed the administrative costs to the program, for the initial application for a license and license renewal. The license shall be renewable upon expiration and reapplication accompanied by the annual renewal fee. Fees collected by the cabinet shall be deposited in the State Treasury and credited to a revolving fund account for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter. The balance of said account shall lapse to the general fund at the end of each biennium. Effective: July 1, 2019 History: Amended 2018 Ky.
