333.080 Director of laboratory responsible for conduct of laboratory -- License not transferable. A license to operate a medical laboratory shall be issued to the director for the purposes stated in the application, and he shall be responsible to the cabinet for the maintenance and conduct thereof including any violations of the provisions of this chapter and the regulations promulgated hereunder. A license shall be valid only in the hands of the person to whom it is issued and shall not be the subject of sale, assignment, or transfer (voluntary or involuntary) nor shall a license be valid for any premises other than those for which issued.
