324.230 Revocation or suspension of principal broker's license renders inactive the license of person associated with broker. The revocation or suspension of a principal broker's license shall automatically render inactive every license granted to any person by virtue of association with the principal broker whose license has been revoked or suspended, pending a change of principal broker and the issuance of a new license. Such new license shall be issued without charge, if granted during the same year in which the original license was granted. Effective: July 14, 2000 History: Amended 2000 Ky.
