65.590 Riverport authority may borrow money, how secured.

the authority may pledge the taxes, appropriations or income anticipated. The authority
may pledge its assets, including, but not by way of limitation, real or personal property
held for the purposes contemplated in KRS 65.510 to 65.650, as security for moneys
