Section 32-5-251Reflective devices for slow-moving vehicles - Violations. Any person violating any provisions of Sections 32-5-246 through 32-5-251 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction be punished by a fine of not less than $5.00 nor more than $100.00 or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 30 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
