MEMORANDUM DECISION
(Not For Official Publication)

Case No. 20010117-CA

F I L E D

April 19, 2001 2001 UT App 135 -----

Second District, Ogden Department
The Honorable Ernest W. Jones

Attorneys:
Alyson Draper Snider, Ogden, for Appellants
J. Scott Buehler, Ogden, for Appellee -----

Before Judges Greenwood, Billings, and Orme.

PER CURIAM:

For this court to have jurisdiction over an appeal, a notice of appeal must "be filed with the clerk of the trial court within 30 days after the date of entry of the judgment or order appealed from." Utah R. App. P. 4(a). The order that Tabish seeks to appeal was entered on January 5, 2001, and his notice of appeal was due on Monday, February 5, 2001. However, Tabish missed this deadline.

Because we do not have jurisdiction to consider appeals from untimely notices of appeal, Tabish's appeal is dismissed.
