MEMORANDUM DECISION
(Not For Official Publication)

Case No. 20000426-CA

F I L E D
August 31, 2000
  2000 UT App 254 -----

Third District, Salt Lake Department
The Honorable Homer F. Wilkinson

Attorneys:
Charles Watkins, Draper, Appellant Pro Se
Jan Graham and J. Frederic Voros Jr., Salt Lake City, for Appellee

-----

Before Judges Jackson, Billings, and Orme.

PER CURIAM:

This case is before the court on a sua sponte motion for summary dismissal. Appellant did not file a response.

The district court denied the motion for entry nunc pro tunc in an unsigned minute entry, which is not a final judgment for purposes of appeal. See, e.g., Gallardo v. Bolinder, 800 P.2d 816 (Utah 1990) (per curiam); South Salt Lake v. Burton, 718 P.2d 405 (Utah 1986). In the absence of a final appealable judgment, this court lacks jurisdiction to consider the appeal.

Dismissed.
