PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals her conviction of possession of a controlled substance, a third degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-8(2)(b)(ii) (1996).
The parties have filed a
joint motion for summary reversal and remand, stipulating that appellant
was denied the effective assistance of counsel at trial. The parties having
so stipulated, we reverse appellant's conviction and remand the case to
the trial court for a new trial.
